✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
- Assist patients recovering from injury, illness, or developmental conditions.
- Train patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and use of assistive devices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with DOH regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
- Ensure safe, clean, and effective use of therapy equipment.
